Asking Price on 1993 ZR-1 #307??? HELP
First, thank you in advance to those that are willing to offer some help. I recently got this ZR-1 from a fellow Forum member and have decided to sell it. My wife wants a convertible and I am interested in getting back to an older Corvette (I've owned a '62, '66 L79, '71 LS5, '99 Lingenfelter, '89 B2K and most recently a couple of Viper GTS cars) I'd like to get into a '59Corvette so this ZR-1 is going to be sold.
The entire engine package was done by South Georgia Corvette and included everything from headers to Porting/Polishing to Dyno tuning (412RWHP) to painting the motor. It runs REALLY well and the power is emphasized with the 4.10 rear. I have the receipts and dyno sheets from the work. This car runs great on 89 octane with Ethanol (the new injectors are ethanol safe) up to 91 octane full 100% gas.
This car is EXCEPTIONAL for its mileage and age. Mileage is just under 77K, but it looks and drives like a 10K car. and I am having a hard time deciding what to ask for it. My initial idea was to ask $23,500 but I am seeing prices all over the board...I'll give some info and then a few pics and ask that if anyone has ideas to please share with me what you think:
This car has:
Michelin Pilot Sport tires (315 & 335) 90%+ tread left
Grand Sport Brake Calipers and new Rotors with Motul fluid
Custom Painted engine in Silverflake with Clearcoat.
Ported/Polished Intake and Plenum (SGC)
New steering wheel (original included)
No delamination of the Windshield. Original ZR-1 windshield
ZERO rips or tears of seats ZERO marks on dash or panels.
ZERO mechanical issues – NO Codes NO leaks NO smoke
CCW 3 piece wheels with ARP bolt upgrade and ZR-1 custom engraved centercaps
3 inch binder of history (receipts and history- over $20,000 in receipts)
New Injectors (Ethanol safe) and new plugs/wires
All hoses replaced with Samco
Tuned by: South Georgia Corvette (412 RWHP with Dyno Sheet)
New clutch and Fidanza flywheel- balance matched
Clean title and Carfax
1 of 11 Competition Yellow - Total 1993 ZR-1 Production 448
Stainless Headers from SGC
High flow cats and 3" B&B Stainless exhaust
Rebuilt BOSE Factory Radio
Custom Fabricated Plenum air box (as previously sold on Registry) Air-Duct
4.10 gears with Speedometer calibration (Haibeck)
New Paint – no damage, just paint. I have receipt showing NO replacement parts.
New GM wheel bearings on all 4 corners
Braided Lines
New Springs
New Bilstein shocks
New starter and alternator
Both Tops (Painted and clear)
New Synchros and bearings in transmission
Upgraded Hella Halogen headlights
New poly bushings on entire suspension
Completely new weatherstripping
New Rotors with Hawk HPS pads
All synthetic Fluids
Factory Assembly Sheet
These are just the important things. The previous owner was METICULOUS and has EVERY SINGLE receipt. The interior is a 9/10 and the paint is a 9.9/10. The wheels have ZERO carb rash and the tires look new. All glass is perfect and the car drives PERFECTLY with no rattles or issues. With almost 500 HP and 4.10's it runs real well.
The previous owner had the car repainted. I have the receipt from this and there were no replacement parts. Body panels were removed, prepped and repainted (this is an original Competition Yellow car and I have factory assembly sheet) he was so **** about it that he wanted the paint perfect, and it is. There are NO scratches and NO rock chips. The car looks better than new and I had it wet sanded to what is now a glass finish. There is NO orange peel and it looks like a showcar.
Here are some pics:
I will be taking a video of the car and hosting it on YouTube so that it can be 'seen' better. I am planning on posting it here in the For Sale section and ZR-1 registry as well as giving it a run or two on eBay (never tried it, can't hurt?) I have a guy that can transport it anywhere in the US for a very reasonable fee, but the big question is what should I ask for this? I want to sell it and am not looking to get every last penny out of it...I am already 'shopping' for the next car, so I need the room!
Please, any help is very appreciated1

Sounds like (and looks like) a great car. What you paid for it might be a good place to start, although prices have fallen dramatically in the past year. A very desireable 75k mile admiral blue 94 just sold for $18.5k, and he had problems getting more than that, although I'm not saying it was specifically comparable.

Ask what you're comfortable with. Cars that go for cheap usually come with a story. If you're going to sell it on ebay, take lots of pictures, at least 50 from every angle, under carriage etc.. If this is a nice car, you need to show that it is, as many would be buyers will not be within driving distance.

Problem is I want to drive one as a DD, but my other one is a 1 of 19, and this one is a 1 of 11.

Wow... I really like this ZR-1. I thought it was a nice looking car when it was for sale before. I would make you an offer, but my wife would kill me. I already have too many toys.
Well, if someone is interested in making me a reasonable offer on a clean white 95 ZR-1 with only 20k miles on it. I would consider taking a closer look at yours. But I know that is a long shot.
Good luck with your sale!

Look for this car to be posted FOR SALE within the next week for $21,800 and I will split shipping costs...
Thanks to all that have had some input. I have had a few inquiries on this car already just from posting here, so I feel that my price isn't out of line. I am going to add a couple of videos when I put it up for sale in the next week, but here are some images that I have been asked about:
This shows the amount of receipts - it takes over an hour to go through them all...
Here is the build sheet:
Here is main receipt from SGC with the Dyno proof:

My post was not bashing, as I told you it was a nice car.
Shoot a couple photos from the passenger side, take them low like you were a catcher.
Shoot in front of the wheel and in back where the hood meets the door and fenders. (right on the beltline)
