Default FS or Trade 92 Red ZR-1 - Sweetened the Deal

I am looking for a nice 06 or 07 Z06 with less than 20,000 miles on it. Prefer red, but would consider yellow. I have a " Best In Show" winner 92 Red ZR-1 with Black interior that I have had for the last 10 years with 17,150 miles on it. Corsa Exhaust, Mark Haibeck chip, all original documentation and window sticker, both tops, and tire bag. Interior is perfect. Just as clean on bottom side as top side. The windshield was replaced with a stock c4. It had pretty bad delamination. It does look better with a clear windshield though. Car was painted in 2002 due to sand storm when at a car show. It now looks better than factory paint. It has pretty much been a trailer queen since I have owned it. I have won Best In Show with it at a all vette show with 125 vettes along with 50+ 1st place awards with it over the years. I would consider delivering my ZR-1 to your door step with the right trade. I expect to pay some cash difference.

If you are at all interested, shoot me a PM and I will send you more pictures of it. I have the title in hand. If I sell it outright, I'm looking for $35,000.

If I get a buyer for my car for the asking price I will sell them this 20' trailer for $3,500. Valued at $8,000
If I get a trade on a Z06 I will ask $38,500 for the trailer and my ZR-1.

I will deliver trailer and ZR-1 to anywhere in the continental US.

If interested call 806-353-6117

Thanks for the compliments!

I have certainly enjoyed it over the years. Early on I decided to pretty much just show the car instead of driving it very much. If I do not have any takers on it I will just take it out and start driving it more and not do the car shows anymore. When I go to shows I go to win. You cannot do that and expect to win. It is a very fun car to drive.

Thanks for the compliments on my ZR-1. I wonder sometimes why I am getting rid of it, but I have enjoyed it for 9 years and have kept it in prestine condition so someone else can either use it as a show car or decide to enjoy it and drive it now.
I know this economy has not turned around yet, but I do not plan on devaluing my ZR-1 because of its uniqueness and history so do not expect me to drop my price like a lot of folks have done on their ZR-1's. I would put my ZR-1 against any ZR-1 out there.

THANKS AGAIN FOR THE COMPLIMENTS

Don

Hopefully you can get your trade. Your car is super super clean but I suspect that price will be very hard to fetch right now and maybe for yrs to come.
Or just say the heck with it and drive it. You enjoyed the shows now enjoy some long day trips..or mod it.

I have to agree with Cusinartvette. It might be a little difficult to get your price. So a trade might work

Yes for $8,000 if sold seperately. Find a buyer for my ZR-1 that does not want the trailer and I will sell it to you for $3,500. $4,500 is a real good finders fee.

Beautiful ZR1, I'd keep it if it was mine. Does the Pitts come with the sale?

Good luck with the sale.

I love the Pitts. Is it yours?

Here's a couple of pictures of one I had years ago.

Yes, mine was smaller but I had a lot of fun flying it.

I just recieved my copy of CORVETTE magazine and they are valuing a show ready 92 ZR-1 for $32,500. That is what I will take for my ZR-1 if aanyone is interested in it. I am still looking for a nice 06 or 07 Z06 to trade my ZR-1 for with less than 20,000 miles on it. Prefer red, but would consider yellow. I would consider delivering my ZR-1 to your door step with the right trade. I expect to pay some cash difference.

If I get a buyer for my car for the asking price I will still sell them this 20' trailer for $3,500. Valued at $8,000
If I get a get a cash offer or a trade on a Z06 I will ask $36,000 for the trailer and my ZR-1.

I will deliver trailer and ZR-1 to anywhere in the continental US, but will charge gas usage for trip.

would like to see you get your price again, as your car is outstanding.
What Corvette magazine doesnt get is our economy is in the toilet.
