If I hadn't been destroyed in stocks over the past few years, I would have bought it for 35k (called a few times but didn't pull the trigger)
Might have sold it in a few years of light driving for north of 50k.
Wouldn't sell it for less. Or the one I have now for that matter, but mine isn't going anywhere.

GLWS

P.S. I did buy a new Silverado, so I do have a tow vehicle now

I just have not see or heard of anyone from this site or like (ebay)

How many miles on the blk/blk? Just curious as a comparable to my blk/blk. Interesting as I'm not aware of many 95's selling north of $45K in the last couple years.

I wont be calling you. Dont worry.

For $50K I would be 1/2 way to owning a New Supercharged ZR1.

Sorry. New ZR1 just faster yet.

It's comments like that, just get to me. For $50k I would buy a .....
Then WTH are you even looking at a collector car for, go buy a new ZR1.

You need to understand what a collector car is. Maybe this will help.

I can go buy a multi million dollar Picasso painting, or I could buy a brand new painting of the original painted by Steve. The new shine painting must be better, right?

Duh. Comments like that are silly. If it's just about speed, go drop 4 grand on a 5.0 Fox body Mustang, put a few grand of mods into it, and run 10s all day long. It ain't all about speed - if that was the case, half of the collector cars out there would be worthless. If speed is your only goal, there's cheaper and more pedestrian ways than a ZR-1.

The car is worth what somebody is willing to pay. End of story. There are even better even lower mileage NCRS worthy cars out there for less coin.

Sorry for the rant but I just hate when people don't have the facts straight and start talking about things that aren't even true.

Are you talking about car salemen in general or as a whole?

There was a yellow 95 from the Champaign, Il area that sold for around $35,000 just a few weeks ago. It also was a very low mile car, but not 2200 low. Unbeliveable prices right now. There are going to be lots of "Do you remember when you could buy a perfect 95 ZR-1 for less than 50 grand?" stories in a few years.

I know just a well as you what a collector car is................

Sorry I pissed you off and others.

Much as we would all like we are not out of the US recession.

Be great if cars never dropped in value.

They all do.

Just dont see most 1990-1995 ZR-1's being worth $50-100K right now, regardless of miles.

If owned and driven by a Famous Race Car driver, yes then. Or GM exective owned and driven.

If it is one of the couple of Narrow Body King of the Hill Prototypes...Yes then too.

Big Dog & ZR-1 Convertible........ who knows what one with $ will pay for it.
