Default 90 Corvette Delivery System

I am looking at the NCRS judging manual for Corvette 1990 and 1991 regarding the corvette Delivery System. The manual says the part number on the black bag is 10167599. I have talked to other people that say the part number should be 10176801. can anyone help answer my question as to which one is correct. Thank you!

I have seen 2 of these for 90 and 91 that have a different part number other than what the NCRS manual suggest should be the number. Thanks for the information!

My luck they zero in on what I don't have instead of what I do have. I'm looking for the video and the green bag that the locking lug nuts came in that are also stored in the console. Thank you!
