Default Opinions on this undercarriage

I'm going to take a look at this Z within the next few weeks and I wanted to get some opinions on the undercarriage of the car; good, bad, average, nice, great... but, etc. Considering the bit of rust in the fifth picture, is that anything to worry about, or that's something that can be taken care of with some sandpaper and paint?

Car has just under 50,000, is a 90, and is in Indiana.

It does look good for 50k. A little Simple Green, some terry cloth rags and patience on a Saturday afternoon would easily take it up a notch.

FYI, all power steering coolers have that curve at the bottom of the fins. It looks like it must have come in contact with something, but that's just how they are.

Is that a Flowmaster exhaust? Or is that the Callaway one?
