Mouser has the empty connector for .86 ea!!! I'd buy a connector or two and then you just need a couple of new terminals and you would be "all set"! The connector on the switch end is actually rated for nearly 50 amps.
I'll confirm the terminals needed for the correct wire gauge after I look at the service manual. It might not be tonight but I'd say you could have "new" parts for less than $5 and maybe some postage. You might be able to "partner up" and get a few!!
I'll be back!!
BTW - I've got an NOS 10045822 switch

Here's some information.
Connector: 12015664 Delphi
Terminal: 12084590 Delphi
If you wanted to confirm my work you could take the 12084590 # to a GM dealer and they would have some likely in their terminal assortment. They're in TRAY 3 -DELPHI. You might have trouble finding a parts person that is familiar with the assortment but "sharp ones" will be!!!
Now if you're wanting something assembled: 12085487 is an assembled unit but with all four cavities filled. You just release 2 and it's done, cut/splice or use terminals to just shorten your leads and reinsert them. The assembly would wholesale for something near maybe $20. An ACDelco # for it is a PT109

Good Luck!!!!!

I got in touch with Brandon in the past,he wants $50 for a used switch.I cant see paying $50 for a used switch when these are so problematic but thanks for the tip Brett and Dave thanks for the tip on the connectors.

I was busy editing my earlier post I guess when you responded.
I don't use the repair "pigtails" very often. I do the empty connectors and terminals nearly all the time.

Perhaps you spoke to Shawn (OneRareZ16) regarding the used switch for $50 - I think we're talking about two different guys here.

Jeff,
On the switch end cavities A & C are populated and I'm guessing yours is "smoked"! Why don't you just move the terminals to B & D if they're not "smoked" and move the terminals on the mating connector to the same cavities. Get a couple terminals if you need, maybe from a dealer close by and you could do the job probably in less than an hour.
The connector on the switch end is a very early fold/snap to secure the terminals and I believe the harness connector is the same. If you've no burnt wires and there are matching cavities available swap them to match and you're working again. I would try to avoid adjacent cavities.
Maybe "NO MONIES"!!

Brandon is the guy in Sacramento parting the white '93 ZR-1. I thought his was the thread you mentioned searching for to no avail. His number is in the thread I posted.
