Default Changing Battery on ZR-1

I think I have a bad battery even though its only 1 year old.

Does anyone have the exact list of tools (wrenches, sockets, extensions, sizes) and is there a thread giving the steps. I've done this a number of times but I always forget after several years

Don't want to spend 1.5 hours doing the job want it to take 20 minutes turnkey without breaking fender tabs off etc.

Is this the best video?

Looks like I need the following:

t25
10mm
13mm socket extension

Any other suggestions?

That should be all you need. Remember to fully loosen the lower 10mm bolt before removing the panel, and to double check the panel's alignment when you reinstall it.

Yeah, seen many panels ruined with poor alignment

You'll need a 5/16" (IIRC) to remove the battery cables from the battery.

Are you sure it's a battery issue? You can have the battery "load tested" at many of the chain auto parts stores just to be sure.

Remember to cut / open up the outside of the slot on the lower tab of the panel ( near the rocker panel ) so that you only need to loosen, not remove the fastener the next time, if you have not already done so.
That will make it a 20 minute job the next time and also simplify re-install this time.

I think all C4s after 85 have that slot cut. If not, it's a good idea.
