seriously... nobody has experience with the lt5 in florida. I could not find anybody that had experience with all the intricate details a lt5 requires in Florida period. I had my car trucked up to SGC a few times but quite frankly was unhappy with the results and ultimately sold the car at a loss because of the lack of qualified LT5 DOHC mechanics. The Vette Smith is not a lt5 expert. He will crack into it if you want to trust him but I would not. Aaron Scott had issues causing him to close shop. If you dont care how long it takes and whether all the nuts and bolts are tight then go to him. My experience was that he took forever.. never met a deadline and let me go with nuts and bolts flying off my car. I am not kidding you. He called me in a panic after he was looking at some pictures after I left and noticed that the fuel like bolts were falling off. I got home by a miracle because when I checked it it had 1/8 of a turn left and it fell off in my hand. If that had fallen off on the road it would have splashed my entire engine compartment with fuel and would have caught on fire. I wish it would have. Maybe I would not have lost so much ffing money. That is the reason I sold my car. I lost my azz on it and I am pissed. I recently spoke with the new owner and will help him with information and advice but that is not the car to own in florida. There are some people in Virginia that claim they are experts but unless you dont care if your car gets driven around while out of your care or parts get swapped out or computer chips get erased then I would not go there either. The only two guys I would send my ZR1 is Mark Haibeck or Corey Henderson. I am honest and dont care who's toes I step on. the truth will always set you free. Good Luck.
