Wow-- never seen such close-up shots of this car before. The level of detail and engineering is amazing. It makes me happy to see these rare and valuable Corvettes are being preserved while still being driven.
What size of wheel and tires are the Shelby 1's? Those may be the best looking C4 rims I have ever seen (and best look C4 as well). Thanks for posting!!!

The entire car-- what an iconic design. It immediately says "Corvette" and the darn thing looks like it's doing 200 mph standing still.
I totally agree. I saw a black Supernatural Z at Corvettes of Dallas when I was 21 and I never forgot it. Not a day goes by that I don't walk by it and gawk. Thanks!

Anytime! And thank you for sharing those pictures. I feel that this is a very important chapter in Corvette history that must not be forgotten.
What's unsafe about the ladder? The hooks holding it are way more than sufficient. If you don't like that 40 lb thing hanging...you wouldn't agree with my garage's storage philosophy!
A 'Vette hood, 2 snowmobiles and a Kart are hanging from my ceiling!
