Default 96 Black grand sport wheels
Not sure if this is the right section or not but I bought some GM 17x8.5 17x11 GS wheels for my 99 SS and was wondering if the wheels are painted or powdercoated? They have a few scratches I was going to see if I could wetsand out?

Also how much are these wheels worth these days?
