Default Piston value?

I just found my old pistons and rods that LPE took out years ago.
The rods r all rusted but the pistons look fine. They were taken out at 8 or 10k.
Do they have value to someone?
TIA
Robin

unfortunately most folks that go the extra mile to tear down the lt5 don't put stock parts back.

I've seen some nice polished pieces on presentation plaques at Demps place and I think that is the best use

I have stock liners to go with your pistons

Ok,
I am happy to donate them for a zr1 thing. Or I am happy to save them if u save the sleeves and we can help someone out down the road.
Robin
Ps; do you want to be in charge?

I'd love to have them if you are just gonna throw them away.

Will Jerry's Gaskets not buy them? I was on their website and it shows that they buy old ZR-1/LT5 parts. I feel that any usable old parts for this engine should not be thrown away or scrapped.

dont chuck them

they are nice parts not really valuable but there is a zr1 owner out there somewhere doing a stocker rebuild

rings are tough to find and expensive

save them!
