You missed the point never said the car was worth 40k but even if he was asking 20K he would be asking to much according to some on here. Point is how is the car going to gain value if the owners of the cars don't think they are worth anything???

No buddy you missed the point...its not what if the car was 20k the car is listed for 38k...a basic 90 zr1 with 70k miles...sure everyone wants their car to be worth more ...just this car is priced insane that is the only point

I understand exactly what you mean. People bitch and moan about values being in the toilet then see something thats more in line with what people would like to see. But at a price like that,come on,that is a $20,000 car at best and if I the person that buys it doesn’t know the market on these cars he’s going to get hosed. More than likely that car will be there for awhile. Might as well put it in the showroom and get some use out of it while it’s sitting around collecting dust.

I totally agree. It is forums that deflate the value of cars(for the most part). Not just here but everywhere. Look at C3 vettes, everyone mocks them for whatever reason but guess what vette is worth the most money of all vettes.....yup 69 ZL1. The ZR1 will have its day....but not on this forum.
