FIC Injectors arrived...o-ring question.
I got the gasket kit for $100 which included 2 intake gaskets...ouch. The injectors came with the 8 primary injectors. Thr 8 secondaries had 9 orings for the lower primary (large) and 9 gor the fuel pipes to rails and regulator orings (small). Am I missing another set or am I cool?
can't figure out pic attachment....part # 10067600-V and #14104675-9V for the o-ring kit supplied. I'm thinking i need 2 kits but am probably wrong. Thanksfor any clarification in advance.

Maybe I'm being dense, but your post is next to impossible to understand, clearly. So, Let's start over w/ some questions:
I assume it is an 1990 LT5 we're dealing with, yes?
If the injectors are from FIC, then likely too the gasket kit is from Jerry's Gaskets, supplied by FIC, and correct for the 90(?) LT5.
All 16 injectors require two O-rings, but the 1990 (only) LT5 primaries are different in a couple respects:
On a 1990, the primary injector O-ring seal is at the top of the IH injector bore; sealing against the side of the injector body, actually. Depending on the manufacture of the replacement injector, there may or MAY NOT be a provision for a small O-ring at the nozzle tip. Don't place an O-ring on the nozzle end of the primary injector (if that's your question!?).
And, too, the plastic indexing tab location on the injector's electrical secondary connector of the 90s is different than that of the primary injectors. (No biggie. 5 minutes with a Dremel (longer with a file) and the tap is removed. Just don't mix the prim/sec connectors up!).
The 91-95 injectors have the same O-ring configuration on all injectors.
And, in Jerry's kits, there should be a pair of Vinten (sp?) rings for the fuel rail tubes.
If your plenum has been ported, you might have to run an exacto knife around the inside edge of some/all of the ports to remove any excess gasket material (blocking the runners).
If you're careful and don't wreck the gasket when removing the plenum, you might be able to reuse the plenum gasket. However, if there's the least bit of concern, go with the new ones.

Injectors are from FIC which uses jerrys gaskets. Spoke with Bob at FIC today and kit is complete. I believe the secondaries alrrady have orings in the rail and hence why only 8 orings per 16 injectors. Not replacing with oem, went with Bosch and don't think i need to dremel anything.

The deal is......to be able to remove Plenum without draining any coolant and also the deal is to eliminate All and Any coolant leaks between Injector Housing and Plenum

injector "O" ring before installing into the Injector Housing.
"O" Rings in IH and on Injectors......Primary LEFT ("O" Ring in IH) and Secondary RIGHT ("O" Ring on Injector)
Used just a tad of white grease on the "O" rings (Primary and Secondary Injectors) for easy installation of injectors.

Original Equipment (OE) injectors were the same flow capacity for all years, 1990~95. Likewise, the new, FIC injectors you have purchased, all have the same flow capacity. The only change occurred with model year 1993. The change only pertained to the Primary Injector Lower Seal.
For 1993~95, the Injector Housings were changed to accept the same seal, top & bottom, on all 16 injectors. The modification simplified machining of the injector housings and established commonality of both injectors and seals.
The new, FIC stainless steel injectors are flow matched. 90~92 models come with only the top o-ring seal on the Primaries and both top & bottom of the Secondaries. 93~95 models, the injectors come with top & bottom seals installed on all 16 injectors.
1990~1992 models
Primary Injectors
Before beginning, simply insure that no o-ring seals are installed on the bottom of the injectors, only on the top. If the o-ring seals are already on the bottom of the injector, just remove them.
The 90~92 primary injectors utilize an o-ring (PN 10067600) inside of the injector housing for the bottom injector seal, which seals to the “body” of the injector, not the bottom tip. The lower seal for the primary injector is not included with the injectors. If the primary injector lower seals are being replaced, you may refer to the Tech Data sheet on Jerrys Gaskets website for installation tips. The Tech Data sheet is located in the “Tech Data” section of Categories and can be downloaded for free, stored on your computer and printed at your convenience.
Secondary Injectors
O-ring seals should be installed on both top & bottom of the injectors.
1993~95 models
Primary and Secondary Injectors:
For 1993~95 models, the new, F.I.C. injectors should be complete, with all o-installed on the injector, ready for installation, or bagged separately. Both Primary & Secondary injectors are identical, except for the electrical connector. Accordingly, the injectors are packaged separately as Primary and Secondary.
Installation Tips:
(1) Removing the OE injectors is best accomplished by removing the fuel rails/regulator assembly with the injectors attached. This operation may require some force, best applied with the wooden handle of a small hammer, working evenly to raise the fuel rails until completed.
(2) Lube the top & bottom seals with motor oil before installation. **Do Not Use a Silicone Lubricant** such as di-electric grease. Silicone will damage catalytic converters.
NOTE: PN 14104675 o-rings are not used on the injectors. They are replacement for the fuel pipes connecting both rail & the Fuel Pressure Regulator, and also the Fuel Feed & Return Block where the fuel lines are connected.
