Default Help Identifying Parts

Like a complete idiot, I managed to drive into a parked car. In my defense it was illegally parked on a blind corner, but of course it's my fault.

I have a 1993 C4.

Its mostly cosmetic, but I've done some damage to a few parts on the drivers side front wing/wheel well/fender. My problem is I'm having trouble finding part numbers for the parts I need to replace.

To make it easier to see what I'm on blabbing on about, I've added some pictures of the parts I have to replace:

The front drivers-side wheel well liner (the rear section of it, as I can see it has two parts)

This metal bar, which I'm assuming is the battery/fender panel support.

The black metal multi-faceted panel that goes from top to bottom here (battery/fender flap mounting bracket?) It has bent backwards at the bottom.
These are the parts I have to source. I don't have access to a FSM yet, unfortunately. To make matters worse, I live in the UK and must rely on imported spares from a small number of American car specialists, and of course it's all done with part numbers.

Does anyone know the part numbers for these pieces? I would be extremely grateful from any help you can provide. I hope you are all well.

The support you have your hand on will be part of the correct fender panel, the left rear wheelhouse shouldn't be an issue either. The vertical reinforcement looks repairable but shouldn't be an issue either.

I'd think you might not have issues sourcing these in the UK.

Your post is in the ZR-1 section. Is the car a ZR-1 or a base car? The left rear wheelhouse matters.

I've PM'd you a message with my email. Use that email and provide me a VIN and I'll email you back correct information. It would be good if you provided the paint code from the SPID label or maybe just take a snapshot and send that with the information. I'd try to buy a fender panel in the correct color. I don't believe it should be an issue.

The SPID label is on the backside of your console door.

Here's a '93 SPID SAMPLE to use as an identifier

I've seen the long black panel,NOS on eBay. As stated the part your holding is part of the fender panel.

'91 - '94 fenders would be the same. You need to watch buying used that all of the mounting tabs are undamaged and there's a projection on the rear of the molding that is often busted. I've seen eBay sellers post a snapshot of a perfect panel and substitute "other than" when they ship. That wouldn't be good for you if you had to do a buy from the US.

Left fender part# is 10135975 -

Left rear wheelhouse panel is a 10276497 and should fit '88 to '96 but you would prefer a '91+ if buying used because it wouldn't have the extra holes for some relays. Might be good to have a correct one.

Your paint code is 75 with a WA 9239 reference - A used panel in the correct color would be ideal. It's generally referred to as Dark Red Metallic.

I'd shop very hard in the UK first I believe.

You might post a WTB in the C4 parts section specifying you're interested in correct color undamaged and located in the UK.

Looks like you need a door molding also or do you maybe have the busted piece on the front that's missing.

Thank you all very much for your assistance. This info will be invaluable. Dave, I will be in touch regarding the manuals at some point as I'm sure they will be very useful - awaiting wife approval!

Thanks again all.
