Looking at a 91 but no maintince history, can anyone tell anything that may have or haven't been done by looking at the motor? I'm kinda new to the lt5 and I know maintince is big this one has 62k

How much are they asking? Does it exhibit any of the usual known ZR-1 or C4 issues?
Looks pretty normal from the photos. Ignition wires are replacements. Most of the smaller rubber hoses have been replaced. The plenum has been off. So there has been some degree of maintenance for aging. If someone took the time to remove the plenum and replace the visible rubber hoses and wires they likely took care of the under plenum rubber and possibly injectors and coils as well.
I would in no way be afraid of a 62k mile car.
Best of luck

Of course get the best price you can BUT don't walk away from a well sorted LT5 for a couple hundred dollars as you will most likley put a couple thousand in the car over time.
I say "go for throttle up"
