One of a kind Doug Rippie Motorsports (DRM) "Widow Maker #001" 1992 ZR1 Corvette. This unique car produces 589 HP with 491 torque. The custom building of this custom automobile was fully documented in the ZR1 Registry. This car is a multiple show winner and needs nothing, The engine was rebuilt by Doug Rippie 4000 miles ago.
The Lotus designed 4 overhead cam engine, is 385 CI, fully ported and polished, 4 DRM spec cams, forged crankshaft, JE pistons, billet rods, DRM custom computer program, Borla Stainless exhaust, 4.09 gears with Hurst shifter.
Of the "Black" engines built by DRM, this is the only, highly collectible, "Widow Maker built by the well known ZR1 specialist, DRM.

O.K....I'm going to have a "bad spell" for a minute here.
How in the HELL can this car, be priced $14,000 BELOW this thing?

The pile of part that make up that awesome ZR-1 should be worth more than that entire Honda as a complete car...never mind the complete car (the ZR-1) with it's history, pedigree, Doug Rippie mods etc. I don't "get it".

That is a good price, C4's sure are not getting any love in the value department though, sad that our ZR-1's are sitting where they are on the NADA side, without the advancements KOH made as well as the durability, etc, we would not see what we are today from GM.
