Can anyone tell me what this is called and maybe its value?

It is the 1989 Press Kit. Value has been all over the place, today I would guess around $100-$200 range. Check Ebay for Completed sales. So at the end of the day it is worth what someone will pay and worth more the lucky few that still own an 89 ZR-1. I have one on my book shelf also.
