A good running, well cared for, similar mileage, common color '90 retails for low to mid $20k's these days.
Rare color combos trade for a little more, black and red being the most common.
If it needs paint, a wheel (getting hard to find these days, ‘90 salad shooters are a one year only wheel), engine work (injectors at the very least), and belts, hoses and fluids, it might likely cost more than you could sell it for.
High mile parts cars go for $6-8k.
