It's my 'assumption' that there's a revision maybe in the offering. I believe NCRS has been reaching out to '90 owners for verification of some content of the one you just purchased from ZIP. NCRS being 'OUT OF STOCK' could maybe be interpreted as a 'confirmation' to that assumption.

One of the information requests involved 'STOP & HAZARD OPERATION' I'm quite sure.

ZIP is pretty damn reputable and maybe you can get a 'wiggle' on the price or maybe they'll actually supply you 2d edition if you ask!!
