Default 19" cup wheels on a c4zr1...

going thru some options

i've run the comparisons on a wheel / offset site. these look like they should fit :

factory 19x10 40 offset on the front 275/30/19

repro 19x12 59 offset on the rear with a spacer. ..... 333/25/19

the rear is going to need a spacer and unsure which size to use and the tire sizes

any thoughts ?

i thought there was a posting by another user that mounted a set of the new zr1 repros on but search doesnt pull up anything for me

A 19x12 w/+59 offset has 8.80" backspacing. Max rear backspacing on a C4 ZR-1 is right at 8.40" so you will need a 10mm or .400 spacer. Might be easier to find a 1/2" thick hubcentric adapter/spacer. http://www.motorsport-tech.com/
Should be able to fit a 325, 335, or maybe even a 345.

IIRC, the 19x10 CCW fronts on my 94 had +48 offset, maybe 50. The oem 9.5's have +56. Not sure if a +40 offset will fit correctly, on the front.

Iím Running C6 Z06 Spyders in stock sizes 18x9.5 & 19x12 I used a 3/4Ē hub centric spacer on the rear with 345/30/19 Nitto NT05 Drag radials. They fit perfectly, and completely fill up the wheel wells.

I donít have a good picture, here are the one I have hope it helps, first pics is after coil-overs last pic shows the new rubber before it went on.

Rob, Thanks for posting those pictures. I already have the C6ZO6 calipers and have been contemplating the Cup wheels or the Spyders on my Z as well. I really like the look of the Spyders! Are those OEM wheels or reproduction? Also, what size tires are you running up front? Can you comment on the handling / braking w/ that set up too?

Front tires are 275/35/18, Iím not sure if the wheels are OEM, I bought these years ago on the forum, to use as rollers for my 58 TT Restomod with C6Z06 brakes. I changed wheels and tires first then brakes, the tires are amazing when its warm, a little scary in the rain. The brakes were are a huge upgrade over the stock setup.

I'll try to pull them and check the offsets, I was told by the seller they were factory offset C6Z06 but I have not confirmed.
