I've actually seen it posted, with regard to operating temps that:

Based on quite a few back to back dyno pulls I've found the car makes best power in the 165-175 range with oil temps up around 200
Emissions likes warmer operating temps, I don't think all of the above fits based on my experiences.
not driving the car is worse than running it at 175
