This is GM part number 14104591. Looking for an NOS part.

NOS might be hard to find. But, give Jason at Vette2Vette a call and let him know you want a "like new" (as possible) one.

If you call Mirrock Corvette, get a used one, send it to https://www.wheelcollision.com/ they can absolutely make it new NCRS quality. I have used them many times.
