Default Callaway Aerobody drag coefficient?

I figured I'd post this here as I see a lot of Callaway owners around this forum. Anyway, I was wondering what the drag coefficient is for a stock C4 and for a C4 with the Callaway Aerobody?

Thank you for your time

Robert

0.87? Do you mean 0.27? 0.87 would be like trying to run while holding a 4 foot by 4 foot sheet of wood. Near impossible

What is the frontal area? I was thinking about that just last night. For comparisons sake you don't know the frontal area stock do you?

Thanks

I found a little info myself.

'93 Corvette LT1
cd 0.330
Area sq/m 1.765
Area sq/ft 19.00
cd x sq/m 0.58
cd x sq/f 6.27

'93 Corvette ZR-1
cd 0.340
area sq/m 1.802
area sq/f 19.40
cd x sq/m 0.61
cd x sq/f 6.60

'90 Corvette Callaway Turbo
cd 0.260
area sq/m 1.791
area sq/f 19.28
cd x sq/m 0.47
cd x sq/f 5.01

So that internet source said a cd of 0.26. Just waiting for confirmation.

Thanks again.

19.4 sq ft - but had lower lip under the aero nose (prototype design)

I would say that validates your numbers ;) :flag

I'm thinking about an aerobody with 880bhp attached to it

I don't actualy have a C4 yet, I'm still researching into what to buy. L98, LT1 or ZR1. My current porject will hopefully be finished next year. Then it's onto something bigger, better, and indeed, faster.

I am still in love with that ride! What a well suited car for the Silver State.
Even after 23 years 254 mph is still in the neighborhood of the worlds fastest exotics.
