Does the IRS do this auctions often? Dont see how a great deal can't be found w this type of auction. We all know the US gov doesn't like running under a profit of any sort

NVM it has a bunch of "encombrances" attached to it which are things that need to be paid and settled at time of purchase. Thats what their FAQ says

I did not look, but yes, if there is money owed to a subordinate lender, then there will be a PDF, with the amount and to whom.
