How does the car run? is it smooth on the freeway? Does every thing work? Does it leak anything? Does it run hot? I'm just asking about all the things I would look at if I was on the other coast and could see the car. If I flew thousands of miles to buy it would I have any trouble driving it home? Where exactly are you?

The car runs beautifully not a single thing wrong with it no leaks, never overheated . The headlight motors were just replaced original gears went bad. I have the receipts for everything that's been replaced or worked on since 1994 till present. I can add more photos or video if your more interested .

Located Florence, South Carolina .

It's taking me longer than I thought it would to convince my wife that a three thousand mile trip in the passenger seat would be a fun vacation. But I'm still working on it.

It would be one fun trip I can bet on that! Personally the drive is the best part of buying a Corvette in my opinion.

Forgive me is I overlooked this, but are you the original owner.

You have all the receipts and service invoices, etc going back to '94?

The car looks great. Is that the old military base on Tybee Island in the background of one of those photos?

Thanks.

I am interested, and I don't have to talk my wife into making the drive. 8-)

I'm the 3rd owner of the car for little over four years. The original owner had the car for a year or so and kept the receipts. Then the second owner did the same for the next 18years of his ownership. I kept track with everything after that till present.

I took the pictures locally downtown in my little city called Florence. I've never been to Tybee island before but its on my checklist of road trips.

In the event that Zorro hesitates I am seriously considering the car, too. And my upcoming schedule would preclude picking the car up and driving it home.

Would you share your shipping recommendation, please?

Thanks!

Default AC? Cabin temps? Rust??

A couple of additional questions if I may.

1.) You are in SC. How's the AC? How's the cabin temps?

2.) Any rust?

Please forgive me if these questions have been answered.

And forgive me if I am messing up the thread with a new header. I am a newbie here.

Thanks.

Well the Corvette is still for sale. Upgraded the cellphone this weekend to a s8 and a buddy of mine let me take some photos of the undercarriage of the Corvette with the new s8.
