1986 Coupe crate engine race setup 8,200 miles
I'm selling my 1986 C4 Corvette. I bought it in good condition in 2011 and have been slowly customizing it and restoring it since then. It was my daily driver until 2015 when I got a new car so this became my weekend fun car. Just bought and 1990 Corvette and busy finishing my PhD now (will be moving next year) so not in a place to continue keeping and restoring a toy like this. The body has approximately 170k miles but did a full engine swap and full transmission and rear end rebuild as well as a ton of upgrades listed below. The engine is a race setup with carburetor and was dyno tuned at CPR Performance in West Columbia, SC. It has never been wrecked and has been a southern car its whole life - never seen any salt on the roads. This car is fast and sounds mean. Below is a list of its features:

- 355 cubic inch crate engine from Blue Print Engines BP35512CT1 with 402 horsepower, 421 torque at the crank, 285hp/291tq at the wheels
- Hydraulic Flat tappet Camshaft .480 Intake /.486 Exhaust, 229 Intake / 230 Exhaust duration @ .050
- Full EGR, emissions delete
- New Blue Print engines high flow aluminum heads
- Mobil 1 Full Synthetic 15w50 racing oil with Mobil 1 extended life filter (oil has been changed every 3k miles)
- Weiand street warrior intake manifold
- Holley 670cfm Ultra Street Avenger Carb with Spectre high flow drop base air filter
- New fuel pump with fuel pressure regulator, gauge
- Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator with return setup
- Performance Distributors DUI distributor with custom advance curve for this engine
- New plugs/wires
- Autometer oil pressure sending unit
- Heavy-duty custom 2-row aluminum radiator

- American Racing 3-piece rims, 17x 9.5 front, 17 x 11 rear
- Brand new 275 40/17 Kumho front tires, less than 20 miles
- 315 35/17 Sumitomo z-rated rear tires, less than 2000 miles
- HID 6000k headlights
- Big Mouth Air Dam (got bent from a speed bump, so I took it off but am including it - can be straightened and re-installed)
EXHAUST:
- OBX dual exhaust 3" with X-pipe
- Hedman long tube ceramic coated headers
- Cat delete (all 3)
DRIVETRAIN:
- Fully rebuilt heavy duty 700R4 with Transgo shift kit (7100 miles on transmission)
- Precision 2800 stall torque converter
- Fully rebuilt rear end with 3.75 rear gear ratio
- Hayden transmission oil cooler
- New power brake booster
- New master cylinder
INTERIOR:
- Custom gauge cluster with all Autometer gauges
- Push start ignition
- Sport seats from 1994 Corvette

Things needed / next on my refurb list:
- Weatherstripping
- front suspension bushings and steering rack rebuild
- windshield
- Overall good paint but has a few chips missing
- Rear halo and hatch plastic trim
- carpet
I have receipts for everything professionally done as well as full documentation for everything else you can think of. As you can see it has a ton done to it (I'm sure that I have left some things out) and all the parts and labor are well over $15k, but it is not in perfect condition or a show car. Included are all the spare parts and fluids that I have accrued over time with it as well including the GM Factory Service Manual /Shop Manual.
