Thanks for the kind remarks. It's tough to part with the car after 26 cars; I know it like the back of my hand! I've had 13 Corvettes but this one was the longest I've kept one. It is so dependable, after winter hibernation simply twist the key and off you go.

Thank you for your kind remarks. I bought 2 Corvette thru the Forum in recent years; a C-6 ZO-6 and a '66 BB from Canada. Both experiences were excellent; great cars and wonderful sellers. I'm surprised I haven't had any interest in my ZR-1 yet. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Default Beautiful Corvette

I have seen this car and driven in it since he bought it. The car has been meticulously maintained and cared for. The owner is a perfectionist and this will be one of the nicest ZR1's you will find. He prides himself in keeping his corvettes completely stock and original.

Thanks Dave for your kind words. I've enjoyed being the caretaker to this great car for 26 years; now it's ready for a new owner!

I have seen this car in person and it is in great condition and has received excellent maintenance. If I had a third garage bay, it would be in it.

Thank you for all your positive comments. I was just rereading the article from then April 1989 Autoweek magazine on the ZR-1:http://autoweek.com/article/autoweek...n=awdailydrive. It was an exciting time for the American auto industry and Corvette especially when the ZR-1 was presented. This is a great example; I'm surprised the lack of interest. Make me an offer I can't refuse!!!

One fine looking ZR1 and that Black/Blue color combo is the best, I know of only one other, listed on Franks Car Barn website, like yours a 90 #2423 with 30k for miles and a similar asking price.

Is the color code for the interior actually for blue, or is it grey? Might just be the pics, but it looks grey.... GLWS either way, nice shape!

Very nice example of a 90 ZR-1....No doubt car looks like it was well taken care of....It may take sometime but I'm guessing a collector who is really not that concerned with price will show a lot of interest in this one....

Reason I say price is,you can be a little picky when it comes to purchasing these cars since I have seen fine examples go for less than 20K...

Some even had mods to them as well....We all know Chevy choked the heck out of these cars when they built the LT-5........

Super clean 90 though with rare color combo....

The interior color code is 223 "Blue Sport Leather". I'd call it a steel blue. Looks great with the black exterior.
