1989 Blue Corvette Convertible; Saddle Interior; 66k miles - reduced for quick sale
SOLD.
Bought a C-5 and no space in the garage for my C-4 convertible. Needs a new stable! $10,400.
• 66K original miles. Auto. Blue metallic exterior, saddle leather interior and convertible top
• Hooker ceramic-coated long-tube headers with custom two-inch full exhaust welded (not clamped) installed about 1.5 years ago
• Converted to next generation C-5 brakes in front. New C-5 brakes and slotted rotors with stainless braided lines installed one year ago. Painted red. New C-4 rear rotors and brakes installed at same time
• New power brake booster and master cylinder installed same time as brakes
• E-brake rebuilt
• New 18" C-5 chrome replica rims and new tires installed almost two years ago -- give it a great stance
• Outer tie-rod ends and one inner tie rod end replaced
• New steering wheel
• Headlight flip motors rebuilt and bright whiter headlamps installed
• Digital dash rebuilt and new lights installed
• New spark plugs, wires, and tune this week
• Complete new stereo -- bluetooth Alpine head unit with XM radio already installed, six new kicker speakers. Car comes pre-wired for amplifier and subwoofer.
• Various interior plastic components replaced and dozen of other small projects done
• Car runs and sounds amazing. The headers really give it a get up and go never had before. Runs and drives agile and tight
• Recent full car paint correction & buff to remove 30 years of oxidation. Paint nice but there are faded spots at mirrors and on front bumper under the bra
• New C-4 emblems installed
• Top is original and does not leak, however esthetically could use a new top to look better. Has the typical wear spot in drive-side seat bolster
• Needs nothing, just someone to love it, drive it, and tinker with it.
• Adult-owned and driven. Lots of $$ invested in the car in the last two years. Clean blue Texas title in hand.
