Default Expected Prices for 1996 CE

Selling my 1996 Collector Edition, looking for what to expect realistic price, 93 K miles high option runs great good shape. Searched all the sale sites not as many available as i thought seem to be the very low mile 12-20K or some high mile stuff around 5-7. In Midwest about 12 for sale across the board with that price range. Looking to start at about 8300, not in a hurry interested in others experience. Thanks

If you want to sell it in a reasonable amount of time I would say 6 grand would be realistic. 5 k for quick sale.

I'm making the assumption this is an auto LT-1 coupe. From your description, I would say your $8,300 would be right about spot on for a starting price, if not in a hurry. Might have to drop it to $7K to get it gone. No mention of interior color, might be worth another grand if it has red interior. If it is a Manual LT-4 car I would say $10K all day long. FWIW, I was able to sell my '96 GS to a fellow car enthusiast by taking it to car shows. Good place to find an impulse buyer and maybe get a few extra bucks. I was able to get full asking on my GS.

Thanks that's what i was thinking, I can maybe live with high 7, one other car in area at 7500 but 33K more miles. Car runs strong problem is almost 60 and getting in and out of c4 becomes more of a challenge every time I get in

yup at the risk of making some owners mad if its not an lt4 its just a silver vette and not worth anymore then a standard one. Maybe less as a lot don't care for silver. Id say 8 at the very top. Most likely its going to sit unless you go under 7.
