How bad are the seats under the covers? I personally think that the seats are a major visual issue with the overall condition of the car. I’m not in the market, but I have a friend in Michigan who is looking for a C4. You might want to post a picture of the seats so people can decide how much work/money it would take to repair them. Just my thoughts. Good luck with your sale.
Jim, thanks for the info. The seats should be replaced and I can post pictures. Corvette forum is tough to sell a car on.
We all have corvettes already, so it’s got be something either cheap or wow us to make another spot in the garage. Additionally, you are in no mans land of Corvette selling season, especially in Michigan. Look at some of the other ads. Even the cars that have issues with paint and body show high quality images. depending upon the condition paint, it can be expensive to repair.
The interior has a lot of questions. As the carpet has been dyed to Ruby red, or a 93 carpet set has been installed. The door dolls look bad with the speakers exposed. The door panels are still tan as well as the passenger side portion of the lower dash. And then we all know seat covers are on because the seats are probably shot.
I’d be willing to make an offer, but i’d Probably get called a couple of names and hung up on.
