Default 1991 M6 Coupe

SOLD SOLD SOLD! I am selling my 1991 6 speed coupe. I am the second owner, I bought the car in 2016 with 47xxx miles on it and it now has 547xx miles. when I bought the car it had sat indoors for quite a while and I had to do some work to get it back on the road. Since that time it has been driven regularly in fair weather, and always had been garage kept. Right now it is a very well sorted car with very few issues. I would road trip this car with no reservations. I have driven it out to Carlisle in '17 and '18 (2.5 hours one way) with no problems. The Bright Red paint is all original and in great condition. The Light Grey interior is also all original with no tears in the seats, it does have a "scuff" on the drivers outside bolster. The passenger seat has rarely been sat in and is about perfect. The only mods it has is the coolant delete to the throttle body, and the Bosch III injectors (which I consider an upgrade) otherwise it is the way it came from the factory. Automatic climate control, ice cold air.
The only "bad" parts of the car are Bose Gold cassette only is dead (but antenna works) and the corner of the hood has a small crack.

With the last year L98 torque, 3.45 geared D44 , and ZF 6-speed this is a fun to drive "sports car".

work and parts since I have owned the car
Kumho Exsta 4X tires
Fuel pump
Full tune up with wires
Bosch III injectors
Battery
TP sensor
I.A.C.
T-stat
Coolant temp sensor
Climate fan controler
Brake pads (this week) with fluid flush
fluids

I'm asking 8500.00, I have more than that in it, not including labor. The car is in NW New Jersey (always in NJ).
Call Lenny 908 510 0669 or email lenjacuk@yahoo.com. I probably wont answer the phone but leave a message and will get right back to you.

Also included is the FSM and sales brochure. They used the Red on the cover because it looks awesome on these cars.

i'm busy Saturday but I'll be around Sunday. It's supposed to be a really nice day in NJ. Great day to take a ride in a nice C4. Give me a call to set it up. We can even take the top out if you like.

Weather is getting nice. You need a 6-speed Vette.

Awesome color combo!! The paint really shines nicely! Is the clutch original?

Yes the clutch is original, and the trans has fresh Redline fluid. The paint is really nice and if you know your way around a buffer it will will really POP! The L98 with the stick is a nice driving combination. I also own a 96 LT4 6 speed and under "normal" driving there is really not a huge difference. The torque of the L98 pulls this car around in 5th gear all day long. This is the only place I have the car advertised but soon to go on Craigslist. Save me from that BS and give me a call.

The nice weather is here! You need to have the top off and be pulling gears on some back road in a RED 6 speed Vette. If you are not disabled or are not sitting in stop and go traffic you do not want an automatic Corvette (at least I don't). Call me, let's drive.

I still like driving it. Just turned 55k miles don't let me have all the fun.

I still have the car and is now listed on CL and FB. If you drive it you will like it. I really hate to sell it but I currently have 10 vehicles and have to thin the herd. I'll take $8500 firm from a member here.

Still for sale. Mileage 55444 (full house). Just did Mobil 1/Napa Gold oil change. yesterday. I am going to drive the car for the rest of the summer and let my 96 sit. I see no point in keeping the mileage lower for some one else who is just going beat me up on price anyway. I'm taking it to the Macungie Pa Show this Sunday and out to Carlisle at the end of the month. Red was the most common color for 91, but Grey interior was the least common color. Remember "rare" colors and options may be rare because no one wanted them when new. Asking $8500.00 edited the first post. BTW this is a 6 SPEED, many people bought automatics only to be disappointed a short time later, get it right the first time, or dump your auto and get it right the second time.

Over 4000 views so somebody likes looking at. It would look better in your garage. I'm driving out to Carlisle on Friday, give me a call if you are there and want to check it out. For $8500 you get a clapped out encobox with 150000 miles OR a nicely maintained and unmolested 6 SPEED sports car with less than 56000 miles. Your choice.

Just came back from driving the car out to Carlisle. Turned 56K miles so you lost out on a 55K mile car. I had to drive in the rain for the first time (for me, not sure about the PO) and no issues. I had a lot of interest there and the car presented well. Would like to sell before winter, lets talk.
