1992 Callaway Corvette #19 - $10k
Selling a 1992 Chevrolet Corvette Callaway SuperNatural 400. This car is Callaway SuperNatural production #19. Car color is Black Rose with black leather interior. Has the LT-1 350ci engine with 4 speed automatic transmission. Has roughly 106k miles. Asking $10,000.
Callaway converted the car to a SuperNatural in December 1993. While at Callaway the vehicle received the 383ci SuperNatural engine, Art Carr upgraded 700 R4 transmission with 2,000 RPM torque converter, Double D exhaust, Coil over suspension, and wheel & brake upgrade. At the time the car was dyno’ed at 417hp. It later received a Dana 36 3.73 rear end and SLP headers. Per Callaway email records the owner at the time communicated the car ran the quarter mile in 11.33 with 0-60mph around 3.7 seconds.
In the past year the car has had $2,200 in service/maintenance. This included new MSD vented optispark, water pump, plugs, wires, IAC, fuel filter, Sumitomo HTR 2 tires, and oil change. Have receipts for all. Also have original window sticker and Callaway build info.
The car also has a Callaway car cover and Callaway floor mats. Reeves Callaway has signed an engine cover and plaque inside the car. A roll bar, Pioneer cd player, cd changer, integrated radar detector, and remote start are also installed. The car needs a new muffler as there is a hole in one. The paint also has a number of small chips in the front, various scratches, and it appears at some point the car was resprayed as the paint quality is not very good. From 10 feet away the car looks great. But upon close inspection you start to notice the flaws. Has a few rock chips on the windshield as well.
I bought the car in January 2016 while living in Minnesota. I moved to Pennsylvania in August 2016 but kept the car in storage in MN until last summer when I had the maintenance work done and brought it to PA. Moving back to MN now. The car is currently in the North Hills of Pittsburgh until June 15th and will be in St Paul, MN after.
