I believe the color is light blue metallic, GM only built 1021 in that color. It looks decent, but you need to post more pictures at least a dozen good photos. Have you started it? There is a procedure you should do prior to firing it up. The cloth buckets are a plus. I don't think your price is out of line but it will take a lot more info to attract a buyer. If you have receipts for any work done, provide them. GLWS

84 and 85 wheels both have black center caps. The wheels appear to be the 8-1/2" width, so not a Z51.
Zoom-out the pics. I can make out "Tuned Port Injection" on the exterior and just enough of the graphic on the cluster to see that it is the 85 pattern, not the 84's. So it's an 85. Another exterior clue that we can't see is the 84 exhaust tips point down, 85's point straight back.
It's an 85.
EDIT/ADD: I have a couple of additional observations.
I don't see a rear defogger control on the HVAC panel, I can't tell if the grid is on the glass or not. Z6A was an option, and 2,009 1985s didn't have it.
The other observation is that this car appears that it may have been repainted. I base this on my Original Owner 2-tone blue 85 that I know for fact has not had any paint work. After 40 years, my car's bumpers' clear coat has badly deteriorated, gone hazy and crazed. The body paint is still great, but the bumpers aren't. This car's bumpers look as good as the body paint. Hence my thoughts that it has had paint work.
It will make someone a nice driver.
