Default WTB: 02-03 Electron Blue Convertible 6-spd Z51

Hey folks

Hoping that someone may know someone who stood beside someone who knows someone next to someone who has a 2002-2003 C5 convertible available for sale...WITH THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

Electron Blue exterior
Black top
Black or gray interior
6-speed
Z51 Performance Handling Package
1SC Equipment Group, including:
UV6 - HUD
T96 - Fog lights

I am NOT interested if it doesn't have those options. What can I say...I'm picky. Also, would highly prefer that the car hasn't been smoked in. Please drop me a PM if you have any info. Thanks!

Dredging up this post from the nether regions of the Forum...I'm a-lookin' around at what's available again after a three-year hiatus.

Check San Antonio Craigslist, there's one on there. I forget what year it is and have no clue what suspension package it has on it yet. They need to drop the price a few more grand before ill put any effort into finding out.

Thanks Pro, will check that out tonight. Only ones I've found so far seem to be way up in the Northwest...everywhere else the cars either don't have HUD or don't have Z51. It's frustrating...

no problem, I feel ya. Its like pulling teeth to try and get sellers/dealers to post a pic of RPO codes or even know the difference between pewter and silver.

that is a long time search for you. We might be putting ours on the market around May or June. If you were less "picky" '03, vert, manual, black with tan interior, 50K mi. stock except for corsa pace car exhaust. We are trading it when placing an order for C7.

Otherwise good luck on the EB search.

Again, my WTB thread rises...

I really didn't think that, nearly 7 years after my original post, I would still be looking for a car like this, but I am. There have been far, far too many close calls to count since the first post. The price of being picky, it seems.

Anyway, I'm actively back on the lookout for a C5 as described in the first post in the thread. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Here I thought I was the only one on a long term search for the 'right' blue C5.

Oh well, many aspects of life get in the way. The hard part is looking at vehicles all this time later and the asking prices are the same as they were 7 years ago.

EB is a great color, unfortunately I notice a lot of auto. trans. popping up vs. the 6 spd.

Good luck with your search.

Yeah, actually, I think they've gone up a little. And YES, there are a crapload of automatics out there to be had...but I'm an MN6 guy all the way. Good luck in your search as well!

This thread has more lives than a litter of kittens it seems. YET ONCE AGAIN...my WTB thread is resurrected from the bottomless pit of old forum posts. I am actively back on the lookout for a C5 as described in the first post in the thread. Pickin's for just such a vehicle seem mighty slim out there these days...slimmer than ever it seems...so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
