Trade: 5 Acres For C5Z or C6(Z)
I know this is a long shot, but thought I would put this out there just in case someone might be interested.
I have two 2.5 acre lots (5 acres total) that share a common property line located about 15 minutes Northeast of Show Low, Arizona near White Mountain Lakes and is a part of White Mountain Estates. I own the land free and clear without any liens or encumbrances. All property taxes are current……and cheap (the property tax on each lot last year was $75). There are no HOA fees.
The elevation is around 6,100 feet and does not see the 100+ summer temps like Phoenix. It does snow in the winter, but not very much at one time.
Each lot is currently listed for sale at $15,000 per lot.
I sold my C5Z a year or so ago and am looking to acquire another Corvette. I am looking for a C5Z or preferably a C6 or C6Z.
If you are interested and/or would like more information, feel free to PM me and I can provide you a link to my craigslist listing that has pictures of the property.

It's a residential subdivision where each lot is about 2.5 acres. There are people who've built homes on them.
There are few neighbors sprinkled throughout the subdivision, but most property owners haven't built anything yet. I was considering building a home there for when I retire and relocate at that time, but that's about another 20 years out for me. I can keep it, but I have it listed for sale so thought I'd post it here because I plan on acquiring another Vette at some point.

Unfortunately, states/counties are getting wise on mineral rights and that is something these lots do not have. The state is Arizona maintains mineral rights.

In the interest of "full disclosure" is the following:
It is a bit dirty (and even has stuff growing on it) and I have no plans of cleaning it up as the dirt is what's holding it together. Unfortunately, there is no Carfax available as it pre-dates Carfax.
Since I'm being honest here, even though I hold a free and clear title to both lots, they are not currently in the DMV system. The new owner will have to determine if they want take care of that. It's never been an issue for me as I never take them out on the road.
I do have additional pics I can email or I can provide an interested party with the link to my Craigslist post. Just send me a PM.

vs. depreciating assets
I'm doing same offer but searching for a '16 Z06. No takers as yet but real estate is up, continuous to go up, in all the right places. FL population is over 20M, adding nearly 1000 net per day now. Meanwhile the right MYC5Z may have to hold me over.
Maybe as we become a cashless society bartering will make a comeback?

Yeah...let's hope that bartering works out for us both, lol.
It is odd that no one wants to trade a depcreciating asset for one that isn't.

There is a lot of out door related activities throughout the year that include fishing, hunting, golf, snow skiing, boating, etc. actual population is nearing about 15,000 but the recreational population can be near 100,000 and cycles throughout the year.
Nearest major "city" is Phoenix (about 3 hours Southwest).
