Modded C5 $12,000, updated
So here is the quick version of the story. The day before Christmas my Vette got put in the ditch and did some body damage and also broke the rear sway bar mount where it connects to the control arm. The worthless insurance company estimated the damage at $6000 and decided that the car is a total loss, nothing I can do about it at this point, and refuses to take the mods into account for the payout so I have bought the car back because there are simply to many expensive parts on the car. I would like to sell the car as a whole vehicle but if it doesn't sell in a couple weeks I will start parting it out.
The car runs and drives just fine, so can someone please buy the entire car and fix it. $12,000 Firm with a South Carolina salvage title. I will take better damage pictures tomorrow after I pick the car up from the insurance company.

Is that front bumper/fascia intact? No cracks/splits in it?
What color silver is that? Quicksilver, Sebring Silver, or Pewter?
If you decide to part it out I'd be interested in the bumper.

At this time I don't want to part it out. Any potential buyer can come to South Carolina and drive the car. If I part the car out I loose that benefit.

This whole process has been hell up to this point. It's been 7 weeks since the accident, I have argued with the insurance company the whole time. My insurance company insisted on only replacing parts with new parts, they refused to repair any scratchs. For example, they wanted to replace the hood because of a few scuff marks, I buffed them out last night with no issues. The same goes for the removable top that I fixed last night. Those two parts alone were estimated at close to $3200 to replace. I went as far as having the car moved to a body shop for a second estimate that came up at half the cost, the insurance company refused to use it. It's been a rough 7 weeks for sure.
