Default 50th AE show car-garage queen..8,350 miles

Lots of Garage wall art

Factory stickers usually burned off early.

Green paint daub still visible on rear exhaust along with more bar code labels.

Every electrical junction sprayed with Rust Check.

Every book and magazine available along with sales brochure.

Framed original window delivery sticker carefully removed and framed as gift from Selling Dealer. There 1st 50th delivered.

More 50th trinkets and Ladies watch.

Canadian International Auto Show representing the 50 th Display Model.

[I]In some good and special company.. look at the back row!/I]

Front mats never stepped since PDI usually wrapped in plastic.

Weather Tech mats in since new.

Reads in metric and Imperial shows 8,350 miles.
Pictures kind of say it all. We ordered and bought this car new. Said to be the 1st AE sold to retail for Eastern Canada Market in July 2002 Basically always a Show car. Represented the 50th model at the Cdn. International Auto Show among some prestigious showings. Never been on a wet road. Always climate stored and covered. Every sticker and bar code still in place as delivered. Dead stock except for replaced battery. No Mods. Extensive documentation file, memorabilia collection and items signed by Dave McClelland and Dave Hill that go with the car. There will never be another 50th and that's why we waited 1 year for it to try ad be the 1 st. Reluctantly my wife wants to see it go to good home. She hasn't driven it in 4 years. Her car. Her decision. My 57 FI car might be next. Personal email is best as I hardly ever go on here : tpspence@cogeco.ca

Default Forgot price on car per rules!!

Asking $29,995 US which seems to be in line with some recent comps out there many of which are Dealer trades and or Auction cars. The paperwork, memrobilia and history you can only get from an original owner. Looking for the business cards from all those people who wanted to buy this car whenever my wife took it for a spin. Great memories from the past. Help me with my storage dilemma.

Always on the top unless I have to use the lift

This one might be next.

Default For you AE owners check Mecum Indy

Several similar cars out there but a close one with 23,000 miles Lot 242 sold at Mecum Indy for $26,500 plus costs, shipping etc. today. Looks like low miles and documents make a difference. Hope so!!

Beautiful car. Good luck with the sale. If I were in the market yours would be exactly what I would go for.

Just installed a new battery. No more AC Delco from Mexico even thought I got 8 years/3,000 miles out of the 2nd one. Remembering the Battery survey shootout awhile back I opted for a new Kirkland 700 CCA with 7 year guarantee. Some fresh gas and a couple of laps around the big country block and I put it back on the lift. I'm getting some bites on my 57 from the just listed Hemmings ad and if it sells I will take this car off the market. Someone's missing a great AE here.
