I have a kid thats due any day now so I wont have alot of time to drive long distance to check one out. Prefer somewhere within a reasonable driving distance of Des Moines,IA.

Yeah, thanks for the links. Ive been watching craigslist and a few of the car sales websites for a few months now. Been in contact with a few people. But nothing serious yet.

I just got back from the hospital with my newly born daughter. Definitely going to be lacking time to be driving anywhere too far for alittle while. I did meet up with a guy that had a beautiful Commemorative Edition Z06 only 15miles from my house. It was very low miles and he wanted more then I could pay at this point since he is not actively trying to sell. But he was nice enough to let me drive it so I could get an idea what a good condition car should run like.

Figure I should add alittle more detail on what I can spend currently. Ideally im looking for a 16-18k$ car. I could do 20k$ for the right car, but thats really pushing my budget. I do have a 09 triumph speed triple i could add into the mix. Wasnt really trying to go over 20k total since I planned to use the sale of the bike to replace some of my funds spent. Id try selling at 6k$ and put a trade value around 5K$. So maybe could do a total value of 23k with trade of the bike(18k$ plus bike). Again, that would really have to be the right deal though.

PM's replied to and also I just missed out on a killer deal for an 03 Z06 with 5200 miles and light rear end damage. Pretty bummed about it but still looking.
