Yikes, $4,500 is very low to be able to find a C5 that isn't a roller, is incredibly high mileage, or a salvage title like a flood car.
I would recommend at least $8k to start looking for a c5, or look in the C4 section. Best of luck.

As the others have said, $4500 is extremely low for a C5. IF you can find one at that price point it most likely will be with an ungodly amount of miles, with a salvage title and a lot of miles, or in barely running condition.
My advice, and take it for what it is worth, is to save up more money before looking to buy a C5. Your wallet will thank you (talking about needed repairs here) and your ownership experience will be much more enjoyable.
