I recently refused sale to a member here that made an offer ,I accepted and he then started playing games.... .....will take the high road and not tell his name .....yet.
It is a much longer story I won't bore you with here.

If you're only listing it for sale on the forum, you're wasting your time.
My '71 was on here for 15 months with barely any action. I've had it on ebay, but they are all lowballers.
Listed it on Craigslist (free) and on carsonline.com for $45 til it sells. That's where my buyer came from.
I had to drop my price quite a bit for it to sell, but I just got tired of waiting for someone to come along to offer more.
He came to my house this morning with a bag full of cash. As they say, money talks.
In my experience, most members replying to ads here are mostly tire kickers, picture collectors, and time-wasters.
I just listed mine here because it was free. Never expected to sell it through the forum.
Good luck with your sale, but you should expand your advertising. Someone mentioned CarGurus here, and that's
where I may have found my next Vette.
