2003 Electron Blue ZO6. $20,000 (Northern Virginia)
I am selling my 03ZO6 because I have relocated to Colorado from the Northern Virginia area. The elevation would kill the cars performance out here and I am not sure I can live with that .
The car is in my brother’s procession in Virginia. He has the title, bill of sale, and all relevant paperwork concerning the car. I have given him Power of Attorney to execute the sale. However, I will be coordinating everything and am fully accessible via phone/text/email. Whatever needs to be done will be done by myself. My brother is simply there to show the vehicle and answer any mechanical questions about the car. He is a certified master mechanic.
I am the second owner having purchased the car in January 2013 from Cooper Corvettes in Fredericksburg VA. I bought the car bone stock. There are some tasteful modifications done to the vehicle. Work was done by Broadview Auto in Opal VA by Jon McLaughlin. Some members on here can vouch for his work.
Mileage - 68,000
- American Racing LT Headers w/Catted xpipe. Stock Ti Catback Exhaust. Passes Emissions.
- Brian Tooley Stage 2 Cam. 227/234 .614/.516 113+2 LSA
- Vararam VR-B2 Intake
- Fully dyno tuned. 424rwhp/402rwtq. I have the dyno sheets.
Recently I had the car completely inspected and performed a lot of routine maintenance on the vehicle. The car is in 100% working mechanical order. I did all of this because some of it just needed to be done and some were done so the next owner does not have to worry about them.
- EBCM (sent to ABS Fixer and repaired) (Common problem with C5’s). November 2015.
- Service Column Lock (Recall performed by GM) (Common problem with C5’s). July 2017.
- Passenger side window motor/regulator. July 2017
- HVAC Display replaced (display went out). July 2017
- HVAC blower motor replaced (wasn’t blowing strong). July 2017
- AC Compressor and Accumulator. (Somewhat common problem with C5’s). August 2016.
- Driver and Passenger side moldings replaced and resealed. (Common problem with C5’s). August 2017
- Clutch Assembly/Flywheel/Pressure Place/Release Bearing OEM LS6. January 2018. (Release bearing was making a faint whine. Decided to replace the entire clutch assembly while I was at it.)
- Right Rear Wheel Bearing. January 2018. (15-year-old car. These things happen and can be tricky to diagnose. This one disguised itself as road noise thought to be from the tires. The other 3 were functioning properly.)
Feel free to give me a call.
