Default 68 corvette vert for c5 vert

I have a 1968 corvette convertible with the 327/350Hp original engine with doug nash 5 speed manual. PS and no A/C. Ontario orange was originally blue. 113,000 miles. i have owned it for 12 years, I am medically disabled now and I need the comfort of the c5. I can send pics via phone. I live in south carolina and I think my vette is worth around 20K. thanks kenny

Does it affect the value when the color is changed ?

I am positive it negatively affects the value. The KBB's and NADAS don't show a deduction I don't think. This a 1972 corvette color. Previous owner repainted it in the 1990's. It was originally international blue which is a dark blue and would look good as well as the orange. I am a Clemson guy so I like orange.

Default I've got an 04 Magnetic red convertible.

Interesting. I've owned a 71 vert in Ontario orange. The thing that I remembered was how hot the darn
thing got during the summer without a/c. Anyway more pics and info would be great. How's the birdcage etc?
Anything not work. What's the overall condition? Original southern car?
I own a 04 that I might consider trading? All the cushy options automatic 43k miles.

Email me at vettessss@aol.com

Thanks,
John

It is a big block hood that previous owner installed. It makes the car look a little more brawny to me. ill add a few more pictures.

Aside from the AT, what kind of C5 do you fancy? Do you care whether it's a Coupe, Vert, or FRC?

Convertible. I own a 2002 Z06. Looking for a vert to drive back and forth to Hilton Head.

Thanks!
