Default Manual '99+ C5 FRC w/ $15k budget

Hey folks, I'm looking to spend $15k max on an FRC C5 Corvette for the years '99 and more recent. It does not have to be low mileage. It can be in any colour. I'm not too picky. I just want an FRC C5 that was cared for over the years but also won't break my bank since I occasionally rotate through cars every couple years.

I'm located in Central Texas but willing to hire transporters to ship the car or fly down and drive it back to TX. Just as a ***** and giggles to see if viable, I'd be willing to trade my low 30k mileage 6 port 2007 RX-8 GT (aftermarket sway bars, catback exhaust, iridium plugs, new wires, new coils, etc). I don't reckon anyone buying a 'vette would be interested but I'll humour throwing this out there lol. I'd trade on top of cash for a Z06.

Good to see you made it over from Reddit, good luck in your search! You can’t go wrong with the FRC.

@TKJimmy The rules state you have to place a value on items offered as a trade. Please add the value of your RX-8 GT by 11:30 pm on 6/11/23 to keep the thread active.

Hi Jack, the trade was added "for fun as I don't see 'vette owners interested in rotary engines. If I had to quantify a value, it'd be from $15k-$18k. It's in excellent condition, has some tasteful mods, was recently stage 2 detailed and ceramic coated, and I keep up with the service intervals. If anyone is actually considering a trade, DM me and I'll send over more pictures/info.

I wouldn't mind trading my RX-8 + cash for a Z06 or just a straight on trade for an FRC in moderate condition. Feel free to DM or post offers as well- even if it's a tad over my desired budget. It's pretty hard these days to find a fair sale!
