its a 2001 mustang bullitt, it is serialized and reg. at the offical bullitt web site. readl bullitt engine with all matching codes and what not.....only mods are a short thorw shifter, i have a nitrous express wet kit sitting in my garage, which has the genx 2 upgrade 2 autometer gauges.....im looking for a c5, PLEASE let me know if anybody has an interest. sometimes i dont check this site for days so if i dont respond email me at protonfusion@yahoo.com

manual tranny (t-3650)
275hp rated bullitt engine (but this car holds his own against many other higher hp cars, evos, wrxs, g35's 350zs, LT1's etc)
fully upgraded from the factory with all the options
-6cd changer
-leather everything(seats, steering wheel etc)
-Bullitt suspesion
-premium wheels
-3.23 8.8 rear end
-the seats on the bullitt were special made ones that feel like racing seats, due to the fact that they hold you in place.

this car recently was in pro5.0 mag where they did a 1/4, track, and stop test between the mach1, 2001 cobra, and the bullitt results
1/4-1st. Mach 1......2nd BULLITT.....3rd 01 cobra
stopping. 1st. BULLITT.....2nd 01 cobra......3rd mach 1
open track. 1st BULLITT....2nd 01 cobra......3rd mach 1

this is the fastest 2v 4.6L production car ford ever produced. beating out the larger 4v cobra in the 1/4 test.

I think you'll find a better audience over in a Ford/Mustang forum. You have a nice car you just need the right audience. I will say this once you drive a C5 you'll know what all the fuss is about.

geese man i know, here is the story, i used to work full time and actually had a 97 vette, but what ended up happening was i had to return it under the lemon law the selman chevy, because it was just so damn problem prone. so they ended up buying the car back, and thats when i bought the bullitt, BUT then i got accept to UCI and now im not working as much as i used too, so the bullitt is pretty much all i have to barter with. I mean i got it for 27k and the very next year is went all the way down to bout 16k, but the market is looking up with it, because its currently worth about 20K flat, its even listed in the books as a collectors car. I get many offers for the car on mustangs forums, but im not looking for a cobra or mach 1.........what might end up happening is me just selling it and then comming back here, but i thought i would give it a shot.

Good luck on your trade, but you won't find much interest here. There are very few people out there that will give up performance and prestige for collectibility. Not to mention that a used C5 is worth about what you paid for your car new, so you're probably going to have to put some money up if you want anything decent

first off, i like mustangs, but you'll find that most people don't want to trade their C5s for one. The best thing you can do is sell the car. then you can just look for a C5 with cash in hand.
