Well, We finished up our APS TT kit. along with our custom forged engine.
Camshaft is a 208/230. 554/546 121 CL
Cylinder heads are LS1s with our custom port work
Inconel valves With 10 psi. on 93 octane Starting numbers are
669 703 This is a 98 car So im switching to a 2 bar map SD tune

Then turn up the boost to 15 PSI

I know there has been a lot of talk about power lately
This kit with the right fuel system will make 750 -800 no problem

I will post the new numbers as soon as i have them.
STAY TUNED

Good work guys!! Couple questions,
1) What are you running for a fuel system?
2) What are you running for an exhaust after their 3" H Pipe?
3) What's the compression?
4) No Meth?
5) What do you have going on up there with your MAF?
6) What kind of oil fileter is that?

It seems those of us that have pushed over the 10 lbs is where the kit started to stumble. Hopefullly this isn't the case with yours!! Good luck and let us know!
Dan

Dan are you using a 402?

I would assume the entire exhaust is 3 inch out. You still have the stock cat back unit?

Nice work Carmen,
Nice to finally see some decent numbers on these kits, I'm interested in your C/R ratio also. (actually more for Speedy D than any other reason)

No, 346 and I have their 3" H-Pipe mated to 6" can GHL's. Lingenfleter claims they have the best flow with a semi quiet sound so that is what I went with. No cats.

Also, a heads up guys, take a look at your first pic, you can see your seal between the turbo and the flange leading to your wastegate is partially blown out on both sides, the driver's being worse. See the carbon, might want to get that all set before you up the boost!
Quick question, was that on 10 lb springs or the gauge was reading 10lbs?
Sorry for all the questions, just trying to take a look at what I did!!
Thanks guys!

Hey Guys lets clear up a few things.
This car was built for a very good customer of ours.

It was not built to be pushed to the moon.

If were trying to make as much HP as we could we would have built it different.

We just wanted to share what we have done.

We have a few other TT APS cars we are building some of them will be pushed to the limit. Rich

I am not here to make claims that are not true
or to say hey look at us we made the most power.

The APS kit is a very clean install very well made bolt on kit.

If some of you guys want to go on kill maybe this kit is not for you.
As far as a bolt on a twin turbo kit that makes some good power & a clean install APS is the kit.

I will post up the end results when im done with dyno sheet & video like i always do.

Thanks Stay tuned

Nice work Carmen and you power current power figures at 10 PSI correlates with out test power figures at 9 psi. Our C5 Z06 produced 640 rwhp at 9 PSI and you engine produces 669 at 10 PSI, all makes perfect sense to me, awesome work my friend.

Peter

Carmie, nice....nice #'s but the car you really want to post up here is hopefully mine. The right heads, cam, CR, alky........15 lbs boost,
pushed to the limit, aggressive tune by the Mad dog.
Can we say 750 - 800. I hope so. I'm sure Peter at APS is pulling for us. When the hell is it going on the dyno........your killin me.

Crushmaster...I'm coming for ya. LOL
