Does Toronto use the ODBII port to check the engine readiness? Either way, that is a mild cam and should pass the sniffer test with a good tune.

Best bet and cost effectiveness would be a 02 and up Z06 cam. No brainer for an e-test and will make 500-590 rwhp with ease.

Maybe a 10 rwhp difference-when price is considered and the fact you want to pass a drive clean it's a clear winner.
