Well still don't have my car back. We were able to lower the boost and the maf reads about 400 rpm more now but still maxing out the maf before redline. I am going to change over to a speed density tune but have to pay for a full retune and buy the map and hp tuners stuff for it so that sucks but not the bad news
bad news is I took the car for a drive the redline was set lower so that I couldnt go into the untuned rpm range and evrything was fine until I got in second gear and the car started trowing every body code and service active handling/ service traction control/ check engine light/ reduced engine power. The shop is still trying to figure out what is causing it any ideas? The only electrical stuff they put in was the a/f ratio gauge boost gauge and msd bap

Sounds like the shop doesn't have alot of supercharger experience in Corvettes.. The MAF will max out, no big deal, thats the norm for a MAF tune. After the MAF maxes out, the computer will go by rpm and the PE table. My MAF would max at 5000rpm and was tuned around this to hold a steady A/F mix up to 6500rpm..Ran it this way for 3 years..Peter Pan on here has a MAF tune in his 750rwhp beast. MAF maxes at 4700rpmBeen like this going on 5 years and 15000 hard miles with a 6800rpm redline... Its all in how much you tuner knows... The code issues sound like a tune issue as well. There are some tables you have to change the max values in to keep from getting codes and reduced engine power...

They said I could keep the maf tune but said if I plan on continuing the build later on I should change to a 2 bar. Thats part I am fine with I just need to figure out what is going on with everything else. I will be calling ecs and see if they have any ideas.

ey chris I got taylor the tuner @ national speed giving you a call. I hope he calls soon and hope you all figure out the problem I could really use my car. But like I said before I am still going to let them change the car over to speed density but it would be nice to do on a weekend when I didnt have to be into work.

Well I had went ahead and had the car changed over to the speed density tune. As the shop was tuning it they started having problems at about 5400 rpm. It was doing somthing similar and they calles ecs to give any ideas. well they all came to the conclusion that I am floating my valves. This really sucks because I am getting ready to deploy and have not yet got to enjoy my car after spending all this money on it there has been problem after problem.
