Thanks for manual!.

I didnt see anything about stock fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose relocation ? On NA engine its in intake pipe (I think there it was atleast) and that is bybye with kit, so where is this routed?

on ECS manual I see 2 lines T-d into brake vacuum hose, one is for blowoff(or bypass) and another one I guess is for new fuel pump or no?

I routed it there btw....

everything else checks out and is like my setup.
Guess I should check calatytic converters too, even though I dont feel that they are clogged.

so what regulates fuel pressure then in your cars if that hose is not connected ?

I did measure mine, idled something over 24psi and as I stepped on gas , 58 ps fuel pressure.

edit: I have 97 vette, so there is return line and regulator is on near fuel rail..

I dont HAVE BAP, so if tune is accordingly somehow rising rate pressre etc, this can be it ?
I do have single bosch 044 fuel pump, it is enough to support 600hp...as mentioned on first post.

I havent measured fuel pressure on wot btw, but I can do that.

for a 97' I would leave the hose connected and boost reference the regulator and check your pressure at WOT...BUT>>>>the tune would have to be set up for a boost referenced regulator...Do you have a tuning program and a wide band O2 so you can data log your runs??? You really need to data log while your driving to see whats going on...If not then your just guessing, not problem solving...

yeah, thats really rich once you get into the 9's..you really need to be able to scan and log a run so you can see if its getting knock or pulling timing, etc.. something is definitely not right..

some logs and config file (beacuse I have wb via a/c sensor)
http://www.amiflex.ee/corvette/hp/

I have to play little bit with voltage reading, beacuse on innovative xc16 gauge I go under 10 always at wot.. and thats not what you see on graphs . Should like -0,5 at afr graph.

can`t yet edit my pcm beacuse hptuners gives me "unable to load definiton file" . weird. mailed to support about that.

So can anyone look please them and say is everything "normal" ?

Seems that to see my afr you must add custom pid,
afr with function from here , i used 8.8 as my voltage number, thatway graphd showd rich as in my gauge.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/1560281575-post5.html

and also add into table ac pressure , then it works like charm. I made some new logs too.
maybe someone has little bit time to check them over too.

I am helping Maik via e-mail. Just to give the correct facts on setting up a custom PID for the XD-16 through the A/C pressure switch is ([PID.7101]/.625)+10 and you must log in to the sensor with LM programmer and scale it 10-18 0-5v. We are waiting on HPtuners to fix their software so we can begin tuning his car. Will let you guys know as we progress.

Old vs new dyno results and big thanks to BLOWNBLUEZ06
http://www.amiflex.ee/pilt/main.php?...geViewsIndex=1

Helped me roadtune it with logs and so on

But still,it drops after 5500, have to figure that out some more yet.
picked up 85hp vs last time...

it should be pretty conservative dyno .
some more pics http://www.amiflex.ee/pilt/main.php?g2_itemId=13936

Glad I could help you out Maik. If your rings aren't tired, a few bolt on parts should help wake it up some if you decide you want more in the future.
