Default Novi 2000 under 400hp and ecs sc600 mail order tune

Totally stock ls1 c5 coupe , 97 year, only 52 000 miles

Big Intercooler
Novi 2000, 3,5 Pulley,
Mototron 60lbs injectors,
Bosch 044 fuel pump and stock fuel pressure regulator
no air filter at dynoing
Piping LEAK tested, there are none
ESC Restrictor plate (just front on blower)
Tial 50mm bov (yes, it works corretly, open at idle)
All air piping and stuff is like in ecs sc600 kit

dyno with fourth gear http://www.amiflex.ee/pilt/main.php?g2_itemId=13095
dyno with fifth gear http://www.amiflex.ee/pilt/main.php?g2_itemId=13091

On road I see almost 7 psi@ wot on my gauge.

This is my 0-200km/h video, its ca 16 sec as I counted in my video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8ML0TJIoQY (I did find that stock c5 should go to 200 like 19-or 23 secs ? )

as you can from video see, its running petty rich, 10 or even 9,8 at near 200km/h (130mph)...

I did swap spark plugs to Denso t20 wich are colder and gap is alot smaller than original.

dyn video with 5 gear.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jy6wi9XW-b4

I tried to build everything as in original ECS kit, only diffrence is in fuel pump and I hoped until today that car has alot more power than stock (and to be honest, it feels also so, wheelspin @ 60mph is possible). That dyno should be not so off. Man who operated dyno said that its running so rich that power just drops.

To be honest - i even don`t know what to do next. I do not have ANY tuners near (not in my country or not any near country ) ...

How much HP should mail ordered safe tune get me ? I think it still be more than almost stock.
Its very hard to find stock dynos with only kit installed, harder to find kit with safe tune... maybe ECS can help here me.

any ideas are welcome here
my msn is maikmadi@hot.ee , little bit faster that way.

lot of pics from my build are here http://www.amiflex.ee/pilt/main.php?g2_itemId=11

Manual custom made tensioner and custom made brackets .
I can I guess make there sprringloaded tensioner... but I guess that it must hold on pretty hard? Normal accessori belt tensioner is no go?
If not, ECS must help I guess... :p

Yes, belt slip occours ,wheel is with rubber little bit, I just dont know how much, I have made I guess over ten hard 0-200km/h testruns, how long can belt hold on so ? If its slipping hard, it should break soon or not ?

Is this possible that with manual tensioner there will be always belt slip? Belt is pretty hard... If thats the case I would be most happy.
Is there any way to be sure, that thats the only problem here? safe tune, should get me how much hp Chris ?

my tensioner and bracket

If your spinning the tires at 60mph your making well over 400rwhp. My heads and cam car made about 480rwhp and didn't even think about spinning at that mph.

I do have 275 wide tires and bad shocks (yes, the new ones are ordered).

And seems that car shows in dyno 575-580Nm . I dont know why so high numbers, in most dyno sheets seems that everyone is gettin around 500...

Am I reading something incorrectly? Aren't the HP and TQ curves supposed to meet at 5250 RPM and not 4750 RPM?

Definitely check for belt slippage.

The scale for HP and TQ are different on the sides thats why they dont cross at 5250...

Stock headers and exhaust is not a problem as I understand for that kind of power..?
And same question again, is ecs tensioner with much heavier spring than normal belt tensioners ?

I can get this kind tensioner tomororrow
http://images.orkut.com/orkut/albums...D-JVtKq9YQ.jpg
its Ruville part, nr 55343

Seems not so hard to install there

Summer is coming, hope to fix it fast...

You need to get HP tuners pro and a good wideband so someone can help you get this car tuned from a distance. You could have a combination of running way too rich and weak valve springs. Two very common problems. I have belt dust around my pulley, but am able to make 18psi boost. If you get the HPtuners and wideband set up to log and care to send me your tune and log files, I will do what I can to help you make sure your fueling is right.

Tomorrow getting 1/4 times,

also installed sprung belt tensioner and shorter belt, so - there should be not belt slip.

Raced today with c5 z06 , seems pretty equal in power, mine has more torq and power on low end , but all still lost in upper end

It seems that valve float never (not in this forum atleast) happens under 5000 rpm , so that can`t be also the only case. And it won`t still explain why I am running so rich @ wot ??

Can you post up some pics of what you made for a tensioner? I would expect belt slip.

Can anyone send me ecs 600 kit manual in pdf format? just checking over that everythings is like there it should be?

Today I measured novi pulley speed, it hitted 13000 rpm @ 6000 car rpm , gears inside are 3.5 so 45550 impeller speed. Maybe someone has comparision number .

best 1/4 in asphalt with some old goodyear 275 tires were:

13,545 sec
2.8 60ft
0,002 RT
111mph
