Default Results EPP 383 with a D1SC at 10psi.

Hey Guys,

After my bad luck and blowing my motor last year I decided to go with a 383 with my D1SC. This car is on a stock fuel system with a Lingenfelter fuel pump and a kenny bell boost a pump. It is on a 6 rib pulley system also. Other mods to the car are TEA Stage 2.5 Heads, EPP Blower Cam, LT headers, x pipe with a borla catback. The car is also tuned with METH.

MUSTANG DYNO at 10psi.

695 RWHP
640 TQ

DYNOJET DYNO at 10psi.

768 RWHP
707 TQ

KAMIL,

Was great seeing you cruise through that car show at Elk Grove High School this past Sunday and the car looked and sounded very bad azz and drew a big crowd!

Those are some GREAT RESULTS you got on that forged 383 and EPP is a great Procharger tuner, enjoy it and be safe bro!

If you get pinched for drag racing you know who to reach out to!

There is more of a spread there between our Mustang dyno and a DynoJet than I would have thought there would of been. I would have guessed there would of been a 40 to 50 rwhp difference, though I am not complaining.

people hate on load based dynos... but they are the only way to go my car could be a dyno queen on a regular dyno but the tuning just wouldn't be the same... NICE build great job guys

The motor that went down was your stock LS6 motor, right Kamil?

I was running the stock ls6 block at 10psi. the car made 630 rwhp on the mustang dyno which is really pushing that stock bottom end. And 3 months later BOOM. I got to say now that I'm happy that the motor blew it just gave me a reason to go with something better.

So for all you stock bottom end guys out there turn up the boost.

THANKS TO BOB AND ALL THE GUYS AT EPP FOR DOING A GREAT JOB AND GETTING THE CAR DONE RIGHT ON TIME

Did you have EPP build you the new forged 383 shortblock (I assume)?

Yes, we built the 383 engine.

We put a Spec Stage 3+ clutch and pressure plate in it, and a steel flywheel.

Here is our engine build price. Add $920.00 for a Callies Compstar stroker crank and block clearancing.
